About the program
CovForLife offers an optional text message program for people who sign up for updates on this website. Messages are informational. They may include notice of a new or updated guide, short educational reminders and links back to covforlife.com. We do not send messages on behalf of other companies.
How to opt in
You can join by entering your mobile number on our sign-up form and checking the box that gives consent to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can sign up for email updates without joining the text message program.
Message frequency
